After our initial consultation with you, we provide a comprehensive list of recommendations for all your event needs: from rentals (e.g. tents, tables and chairs) to service provider suggestions (ie. caterers and floral designers) to finding that specialty item to make your event one-of-a-kind, depending on your event needs.
We've spent decades building relationships with a variety of people and businesses so that we have extensive resources to pull from for your event.
Our consultants offer professional advice and guidance throughout the designing, planning and execution of your event. At every stage of the event process, we can be by your side, taking on those headaches and stresses that get in your way.

Who we are
J J L Events was established in 2001 by John Lee and his son, Jason, so we could continue helping their loyal clients. This family connection includes Jason's wife, Melynda. Working from our home office, we use our event experience, our practical knowledge, and the relationships we've built with other services and suppliers, to provide our clients with first-class service for each event.
There are 80+ years of event experience working with each client:
- John Lee was a pioneer in the fabric and tension structure industry for 59 years and continued his pursuit of excellence with every tented event. Passing that knowledge and desire to Jason and Melynda is his legacy.
- Melynda, an event project manager for more than 20 years, and a certified bridal consultant, strives for perfection as she helps each client bring their event visions to life.
